The draw is based on a fair 1:1 logic without self-draws. Stored exclusions are actively taken into account in the calculation.
If participant lists change late, you can update the group in a controlled manner and only then start a new draw.

Can you draw yourself?
No. The draw excludes self-assignments, so nobody ends up with their own name.
