What details help with a support request?

The group name, your role, the email address you use with Wichtlify and a short description are usually enough. Do not send full assignment lists, private chat histories or gift details unless they are needed for the question.

Does everyone need an account or the app?

No. The organizer uses Wichtlify to create the group. Participants can also join through their private link depending on the setup. App users can sign in with Apple, Google or email.

Can I add participants without email addresses?

Yes. Email addresses are optional when participants are added. Private links are especially important when you do not want to collect email addresses for everyone.

How do private links work?

After the draw, each person opens their own link and sees only their own assignment. There is no public assignment list.

When do exclusions count?

Exclusions must be saved before the draw. They cannot be applied retroactively to the same draw after assignments already exist.

Can a draw be changed afterwards?

Normal changes belong in group management and may require a new draw depending on the situation. With Wichtlify Pro, Repair can help in certain special cases so the whole group does not always need to be redrawn.

Where do participants add wishes?

Participants can add wishes in their personal Wichtlify view when wishes are enabled for the group. Wishes help with gift selection, but they are not required for the draw.

Where can I get Wichtlify Pro?

Wichtlify Pro is currently unlocked through the iOS app. Android information is available separately. Participants do not need their own Pro subscription just because the organizer uses Pro features for the group.

How do I request deletion or access to my data?

Use the data deletion form or send the request from the affected account email address to kontakt@wichtlify.com so it can be matched correctly.
