1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the use of the service Wichtlify The following service or platform under the domain wichtlify.com. They apply to all registered and invited users as well as to administrators who create and manage groups
By using the platform you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service
2. Roles and functions
The platform essentially has the following functions:

3. User content (groups, names, requests)
You are solely responsible for all content that you enter on the platform, including in particular:
- Group titles and group descriptions,
- names of group members,
- Titles and descriptions of wishes.

4. Prohibited Content

5. User responsibility

In particular, you are responsible for this

- that you do not imitate people (e.g. pretend to be someone else),

6. Actions in the event of violations
The operator reserves the right to take appropriate measures at any time in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation or applicable law, including in particular:
- Deletion or adjustment of groups, names or wishes,
- Warning of users,
- Blocking individual functions of the platform,
- temporary or permanent deactivation of user accounts,
- If necessary, involvement of the responsible authorities.
There is no right to restore deleted content
7. Changes to the conditions of participation
We reserve the right to adjust these terms and conditions of participation if this is necessary for legal, technical or organizational reasons or if new functions of the service are introduced
